Th AP reports that film director Bob Clark, best known for the holiday classic A Christmas Story, died in a car accident yesterday in Pacific Palisades, Calif. He was 67. Clark and his son Ariel Hanrath-Clark, 22, were both killed in a head-on collision with a driver under the influence of alcohol, said Lt. Paul Vernon, a police spokesman.
